BOTTLE
There are many types of cosmetic plastic bottles. According to the material, they mainly include PP, PET, PETG, AS, ABS, etc. According to the use and design, they can be divided into different forms such as bottles, squeeze bottles, dropper bottles, spray bottles, etc.
Common material properties
PP (polypropylene): It has good heat resistance and can be directly contacted with cosmetics. It is often used in cream bottles and lotion bottles.
PET (polyethylene terephthalate): Highly transparent and airtight, often used in essence bottles and toner bottles.
PETG: The light transmittance is better than PET, and the chemical resistance is good, but the cost is higher.
AS/ABS: AS has high transparency and good toughness; ABS has high hardness and is mostly used for bottle caps and pump heads.

Small-capacity dispensing bottles: 10ml and 50ml are common specifications, suitable for travel or trial use.
Medium capacity squeeze bottle: 100ml, 260ml specifications, suitable for daily lotion and toner.
Dropter bottle: 50ml specification, suitable for essence and hyaluronic acid.
Spray bottle: 10ml, 20ml specifications, suitable for alcohol and spray products.
Travel set: Contains a variety of bottle types.
When selecting, the material and bottle type need to be matched according to the characteristics of the content (such as whether it contains alcohol, need to be protected from light) and capacity requirements.
